When will you publish my products?
We are notified as soon as new products are published on your website, and will do our best to have your products available on The Good Apparel within 10 business days.
What if I don’t want some products to appear on The Good Apparel?
Simply add the tag “NO-DROPSHIP” on those products. Jetti will automatically dismiss them when updating your inventory on our site.
When do I get paid?
The payments of all orders will be collectively transferred on the first working day of every calendar month. This payment will include the orders placed by the Customers at least 14 calendar days before the date of the payment. Any orders placed less than 14 calendar days before the date of the payment will be transferred to the next payment date.
This enables us to facilitate any return process if need be. Our commission will be taken directly from the amount we send you.
Why do I need to give you my VRN?
All businesses selling products to the U.K. need to register for a VAT registration number at the HRMC if they meet certain requirements.
Will customers receive automated emails (order confirmation, shipping confirmation,...) twice?
No—Jetti doesn't transfer the email address of the customers to brands for that specific reason. So no risk of having emails sent to the customers twice! They will only receive ours.
Do I need to cover the shipping fees?
Our aim is to create a platform that is as fair as possible for all parties — which is why costs such as shipping fees will be covered as if the order was made on your website. The shipping fees will be partially paid by us, and partially by the customers.
Please make sure that the shipping fees you communicate us are always accurate — and please give us an update should any of these change.
